Steamed eggs with sixtieth nails

Ingredients: Sixtieth nails, eggs

Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, green onion, cooking wine

Preparation:

1. Add a little salt, a few drops of sesame oil to the bowl and let it spit out some sand.

2. Cut the ginger into slices and the green onion into green onion segments.

3. Add water to the pot, add ginger slices, green onions, cooking wine, pour the flower nails into the blanch, and remove the shell after opening.


4. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, put some salt, stir well, then add warm boiled water, the ratio of eggs to water is 1:1.5, stir well again.

5. Put the nails on a plate, then strain the egg mixture into the plate with a fine strainer, seal it with plastic wrap, and prick a few small holes in it with a toothpick.

6. Open the water in the pot and add the egg mixture, turn to medium heat and steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.


7. After simmering for 3 minutes, take it out to remove the plastic wrap and drizzle with light soy sauce and sesame oil.
