Stir-fried shrimp with loofah
Here's how:
Remove the head of the shrimp, remove the shell, pick the shrimp line, clean it, and marinate it with an appropriate amount of salt, pepper and rice wine for 10 minutes. Peel the loofah and cut it into hob cubes, ready with minced garlic.
Add another spoonful of starch to the marinated shrimp, grasp it with your hands and continue to marinate for 20 minutes.
