Ingredients (a small bowl): 150g glutinous rice, 50g of bean paste, 20g of sesame walnut powder, longan, walnut kernels, melon seeds, red dates, kumquat, rice wine, sugar, barley, lotus seeds, lilies, wolfberry, hawthorn appropriate amount.

Make:

1. Boil a pot of sticky rice;

Prepare all the garnish and filling materials: 50g of bean paste, 20g of sesame walnut powder, longan, walnut kernels, melon seeds, red dates, kumquat.

2. Take a bowl, smear it with oil, and shape it with longan, melon seeds, walnut kernels, red dates, kumquats, etc.

3. Spread a layer of glutinous rice, and spread the bean paste filling on top of the glutinous rice.

4. Spread another layer of sticky rice, sprinkle a layer of sesame walnut powder on top of the sticky rice.

5. Repeat 3 and spread a layer of sticky rice, and spread the bean paste filling on top of the sticky rice.

6. Finally, spread another layer of glutinous rice, and the eight treasure rice blanks are ready.

7. Next, make the sweet soup with rice wine, which is the ingredients I used: rice wine, barley, lotus seeds, lilies, hawthorn and wolfberry.

Barley, lotus seeds, and lilies should be soaked overnight in advance.

8. Take a small pot and boil the barley, lotus seeds, lilies, and hawthorn.

9. Hook in the starch.

10. Bring the pot to a boil and add the rice wine.

11. Open it again, add wolfberries, and the sweet soup with rice wine will be OK.

12. Reheat the eight treasure rice blanks and put them in a large bowl.

13. Pour in the sweet soup of rice wine, and a bowl of beautiful rice wine sweet soup and eight treasure rice is ready.
