Method:

Stir-fried minced meat with cauliflower and snow peas

Ingredients: 150 grams of lean meat, a little cauliflower, a little snow peas, a little minced garlic, a little ginger, half a spoon of light soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Method:

1. Wash the lean meat and cut it into minced meat.

2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash them, and the snow peas should be broken into two sections and washed.

3. Boil the water in a pot, add a little salt and oil, put the cauliflower and snow peas and blanch until they are cut off and removed.

4. Heat the pot and add oil, put the minced meat in the pan and fry until it changes color, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry to color.

5. Add minced garlic and ginger to stir until fragrant, pour in cauliflower, snow peas, and salt and continue to stir-fry to taste.
