This almond biscuit is my daughter's favorite food, with a faint almond fragrance, crispy slag, the taste is not to say, when you eat it with a cup of coffee or tea, it is really pleasant.

Ingredients: 110 grams of flour, 90 grams of almond flour, 70 grams of sugar, 80 grams of lard

Excipients: 1 egg, 4 grams of baking powder, 2 grams of baking soda


Method 1: Weigh the ingredients: 110 grams of plain flour, 90 grams of almond flour, 4 grams of baking powder, 2 grams of baking soda, 1 egg, 70 grams of white sugar, 80 grams of lard


Method 2: Put lard, eggs, and sugar in a basin. (Lard solidified)


Method 3: Beat with a whisk until well mixed.


Method 4: Mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder evenly, sieve and pour into the basin where the previous step is stirred, and pour in the almond flour.


Method 5: Slowly stir until there is no dry powder, do not stir too much, as long as you feel that the mixture is even.


Method 6: Take a piece of dough and roll it into a circle and flatten it slightly


Method 7: Stack into the baking tray, and after everything is done, press it slightly with a fork to make a shape


Method 8: Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
