Here's how I made it:

2. Put it on the board, rub it out of the film like rubbing clothes, and if you are tired, you can break out of the film. If you feel sticky, you can apply a layer of cooking oil.


3. Rub out a thin layer of film, about 10 minutes.


4. Organize into a ball and put it in a warm place to proof, I am proofing through warm water, and the water temperature is about 35 degrees.


5. Roll the bean paste you made yourself into a ball and set aside.


6. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.


7. Rub evenly and divide evenly into pieces.


8. Roll out each piece of dough into a round cake, put in the filling, and give it a mouthful.



9. Press and roll into a cow's tongue shape.



10. Make a few cuts on one side of the bread, turn it over and roll it up from top to bottom.




11. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again for about 15 minutes.


12. Brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid and sprinkle with a layer of sesame seeds.


13. Put it in the oven and bake it at 150 degrees for 30 minutes, each oven has different characteristics, so the specific temperature is determined according to the characteristics of the individual oven.
