An alternative to eggs ---- money eggs



Ingredients: 5 eggs, 2 celery, half an onion, a green onion, a small piece of ginger, 3 dried millet peppers, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of bean paste, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, appropriate amount of corn oil.

Method: 1. Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half


2. Wash the celery, remove the leaves (the leaves are kept), cut into small pieces, cut the onion into small pieces, cut the millet pepper into small pieces, and slice the green onion and ginger.


3. Sprinkle the cut in half egg with water, then sprinkle with cornstarch, and then pat it with your hands.


4. Put a small amount of oil in a frying pan, fry the egg yolk side down over medium heat

7. Put oil in the pot and fry the bean paste over low heat to make the red oil


8. Add green onion and ginger, millet pepper and cook in cooking wine


9. Add the celery and fry the celery

Tips:

1. When cutting eggs, dip the knife in water and push it forward to cut, so that it is not easy to cut apart;
2. Side dishes can be added at will, such as garlic, carrots, green peppers, etc., but onions must be there;
3. The bean paste and soy sauce are salty enough, so you don't need to add salt.
