Today I will share a method of making biscuits with an electric baking pan, with less oil and no sugar, without any additives, all of them are crispy and dregs.
Method: 1. Prepare 100 grams of flour, add 1 gram of salt, 0.5 grams of baking soda, 1 gram of yeast, and stir well. Next, crack in an egg, stir the flour into a flocculent shape, drizzle with 15g of cooking oil, add a handful of chopped green onions, and form a hard dough. Cover and grow until twice the size.
2. Put the noodles on the board and knead the exhaust, roll out the rectangular pancakes, the thinner the biscuits, the crispier they are.
Then with the help of a rolling pin, cut the long strips first and then into small pieces. Move the dough sheet so that there is a gap in the middle to prevent sticking. Then use a toothpick or fork to make some small holes. Cover and let the second leave for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat the electric baking pan, put in the dough sheet, do not cover the lid, bake on low heat for 1 minute, bake until the bottom is golden and turn over the other side to burn the other side, and the other side is also golden and then remove from the pot.
Don't put them together after they come out of the pan, spread them out and let them cool to get crispy.
With yeast fermentation, the taste is better, and it is not as hard as dead noodles, and if it is rolled out thickly, the texture is soft.
