2. Now the cabbage is very tender, in order to avoid too much water to make the filling, you need to blanch the water first, squeeze out the excess water inside, so that the filling is not easy to get out of the water, clean the prepared cabbage, after the water in the pot is boiled, add a spoonful of salt and a little cooking oil, salt and cooking oil can avoid the color of the cabbage yellowing, put the cabbage into the pot, too much at a time, can be divided into 2 times, the stem of the cabbage is blanched in the pot for about 5 seconds, and then the leaves are also put in together, and so the leaves become soft, immediately out of the pot over cold water;
