Process:
1. Remove the sediment from the small taro, wash it and put it in a pot to cook.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add minced green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Then pour in the chopped bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, garlic moss, carrots, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, and stir-fry evenly.
5. Peel the steamed small taro and press it into a puree.
6. Add crushed sweet potato flour to the taro puree, stir well and knead into a smooth dough.
7. Take an appropriate amount of dough, roll it into a round ball, push it into a small bowl shape with your fingers, wrap it in the fried filling, and tighten it with a tiger's mouth.
8. Arrange into balls and put them in the steamer.
9. Steam in the pot for about 15 minutes.
