Steps:

1. 6. Put the chopped shredded onion, minced garlic, millet spicy segments, coriander segments and blanched fungus in a basin, add an appropriate amount of salt, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of aged vinegar, an appropriate amount of sesame oil, a little sugar, a little white sesame seeds, and then mix evenly with chopsticks to put on a plate.
