Ingredients: red cabbage, noodles, minced meat, ginger, green onions, bean paste, garlic paste

Method:

1 Wash the red cabbage and cut it into shreds, set aside, it can be eaten directly, I blanched it with boiling water for the sake of hygiene. Pour water into the pot, and when the water is boiling, add the noodles.

2After the noodles are boiled, stir cold water once, boil again and remove them.

3Put it in cool purified water.

4. Remove from the water.

5Put a small amount of sesame oil and stir well to prevent the noodles from being connected together

6. Add a small amount of ginger and chopped green onion to the minced meat, stir to remove the fishy smell

7. Pour oil into the pot, then pour in ginger and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant

8Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until the meat turns white.

9Add water to the pot, pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, bean paste, garlic paste, a small amount of sugar, bring to a boil, add thin starch to thicken.

10. After boiling, put it in a small bowl and set aside.

11Take a bowl, put the noodles first, then put the red cabbage, then scoop two spoonfuls of the sauce and pour it on top, one spoonful

Tips:

1. After the noodles are cooked, they should be removed from the cold water, and the sesame oil will not stick

2Add bean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salty and sweet to the minced meat, and put bean paste in the minced meat with fried green onions, the sauce is more fragrant.

3Add thin starch to the sauce to thicken the noodles and coat the noodles with juice
