4. 5. Put the pork skin into the pressure cooker, add green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, and then add 3.5-4 times of water to the pork skin. After the pressure cooker is steamed, time it and cook on high heat for about 25 minutes.

7. Wait until the jelly is completely cooled, put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration, refrigerate for about 6 hours, and the jelly will be completely formed, Q elastic and smooth, the same as jelly.
