1Prepare ingredients: 1 piece of tofu with appropriate amount of starch, green onion, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar
2 First add 1 tablespoon of sugar, corn starch and oyster sauce, 1 and a half spoon of aged vinegar and light soy sauce, add half a bowl of water and stir well to make a sauce for later use.
