Every time I buy ready-made beef jerky to eat, I think it's not cost-effective, sometimes I spend a lot of money and buy fakes, and since I learned to make this beef jerky, I never buy outside to eat!

Prepare the materials first;

18 grams of ginger, 18 grams of onion, 30 grams of green onions, 30 grams of salt, 2 star anise, 6 bay leaves, 2 small pieces of cinnamon, 3 grams of thirteen spices, 6 grams of cumin powder, 30 grams of cooking wine, 16 grams of oil, 8 grams of chicken essence

Prepare 3 catties of beef cut into strips and soak for 2 hours to remove blood;

Wash well, control the moisture, and add the above ingredients; Grasp evenly with your hands and grab a few more times!

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the safety refrigerator for 24 hours;

Take it out and grab it a few times, separate the beef from the ingredients,

Add 6 grams of Sichuan pepper powder, 8 grams of coarse and fine chili powder;

Grasp evenly, grab a few more times to penetrate more!

Skewer the beef strips and put them in a ventilated place to air dry for 36 hours, if you like to eat the very dry kind, you can also air dry for 72 hours, and I have 36 hours!

After air drying, remove it and put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 25 minutes!

The beef jerky is grilled, it is so delicious that my husband can't stop eating it!
