Method:

Dried cabbage bone broth

Ingredients: 1 cone, a little dried cabbage, a little ginger, a little white vinegar, a spoonful of cooking wine, a little pepper, half a spoon of salt.

Method:

1. Soak the dried cabbage in water, wash it and cut it into sections.

2. Knock the bones into two sections and wash them, blanch them in a pot under cold water for two minutes, remove and wash off the foam.

3. Put the bones in the pressure cooker, add white vinegar and an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. After steam release, pour in dried cabbage and ginger slices and continue to simmer for ten minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste.
