Since I learned to do this in glutinous rice flour, my family has made it every once in a while, and it is sweet and soft and glutinous
1. Put 150 grams of glutinous rice flour into a basin, add 10 grams of caster sugar and 125 grams of boiling water to dry until warm, and stir with chopsticks.
2. Mix the glutinous rice flour into a smooth dough.
3. Put the mixed glutinous rice flour dough into a plate, press and spread it flat, steam it in a steamer with cold water, and steam it for another 20 minutes after boiling.
4. Prepare cooked soybean flour.
5. Spread the soybean flour on the cutting board for later use, stir the glutinous rice dough with chopsticks while it is hot after steaming, then put it on the soybean flour, and roll the glutinous rice dough into thin dough sheets with a rolling pin.
6. Spread the red bean paste evenly on the dough.
7. After laying out the red bean paste, roll up the dough sheet from the bottom up.
8. Cut into small pieces and sieve another layer of cooked soybean flour on the surface.
