Ingredients Required:
Longkou vermicelli, cucumber, carrot, coriander, minced garlic, steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil
1. Soak the vermicelli in advance and shred the carrots.

3. Mix a sauce:

4. Wash the cucumber, cut it diagonally into slices first, and then cut it into thin strips; Wash the parsley and cut into sections.
