Take a small bowl, beat in three eggs, stir together, put oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid after the oil is hot, quickly slide away, let cool and set aside. Prepare another handful of shallots and chop them into finely chopped shallots.

Then add the cooled eggs, chopped green onions, a handful of shrimp skin, an appropriate amount of oil, chicken essence, pepper, sesame oil, and stir well.
