Braised pork ribs with potatoes

Ingredients: 2 small pork ribs, 1 large potato, 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1 spoonful of thirteen spices, 1/2 spoon of pepper, a little ginger, 1/2 spoon of salt, a little cooking oil.

Method:

1. Clean the small ribs, chop them into small pieces, soak them in water for 15 minutes to remove the blood, remove them, wash them and drain them.

Steamed eggs with chives

Ingredients: 3 eggs, appropriate amount of chives, a little pepper, a little salt, an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Method:

1. Select the roots and old leaves of the chives, clean and drain and cut into chopped green onions.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and pepper and stir well, then add chopped green onions and stir well.

Stir-fry the lettuce

Method:
