Canned peaches

All ingredients: peaches, sugar, purified water

Step 1: Take an empty bowl, add a spoonful of edible salt to the bowl, and then put the peaches into light salted water to clean, which can well scrub off the effect of floating hair and dust, and then rinse with water and set aside.

Step 2: Then peel off the skin of the peaches, and remind everyone not to throw away the peeled skin, because this peach skin is the key step to make the sugar water pink. Then cut the peaches into small petals and set aside.

Step 3: Remove from the pot, add an appropriate amount of purified water and an appropriate amount of sugar to the pot, then turn on low heat, boil the sugar in the pot until it is completely melted, and set aside.

Step 4: After boiling, then pour the peach skin into the pot and cook until the peach skin turns white, then you can take out the peach skin and throw it away.

Step 5: Then pour the sliced peaches into the pot, turn on medium-low heat and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, set aside.

Step 6: Prepare a sealed jar, then put the boiled peaches into the sealed jar, and finally pour the peach water into the sealed jar for later use.

Step 7: After all the peaches are packed into the sealed jar, after the peaches have cooled, they can be covered with a lid and sealed, and you can take them as you eat them.
