What I would like to share with you today is a family version of mixed noodles, the noodles are Q elastic and strong, with that fragrant and delicious sauce, every bite is super satisfying! The taste is similar to jajangmyeon, which is very delicious, but the method is much simpler than jjajangmyeon.
Ingredients: noodles, cucumber, pork tenderloin
Ingredients: cooking wine, starch, black pepper, soybean paste, sweet paste, white sugar
Step 1: Cut the pork tenderloin into long strips, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of starch, and an appropriate amount of black pepper, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Boil the water into the noodles and cook until the noodles float and remove (it is best to use this kind of handmade fresh noodles, pay attention to the noodles not to be overcooked, too cooked and the taste will not be strong)
Step 3: Put the cooked noodles under cold water to make the texture more elastic and prevent the noodles from sticking.
Step 4: Stir-fry the minced garlic in oil, pour in the meat strips and stir-fry, add two spoons of bean paste and two spoons of sweet noodle sauce (the amount of sauce can be adjusted according to the number of noodles).
Step 5: Stir-fry evenly, then add a little white sugar.
Step 6: Pour in half a bowl of water, bring to a boil until the soup is thick, sprinkle with chopped green onions and turn off the heat.
Step 7: Drain the noodles and put them in a bowl, pour in the shredded meat sauce and cucumber shreds, stir well and serve.
