3. Take another pot, pour in 300 grams of flour, 20 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast, 130 ml of warm water, add a small amount many times, knead into a smooth dough with moderate softness and hardness, cover with a lid and let it rise.


4. The volume is significantly expanded, and the inside is honeycomb-shaped.

(If you want to ferment quickly, you can ferment it in lukewarm water, and the water temperature should not exceed 35 degrees)


5. First remove the purple dough, knead it for a while to exhaust, roll out the rectangular flatbread, about 0.5 cm is about the same. Set aside.


6. Take the white dough again, knead and exhaust, roll it into a purple dough sheet, and then drill some small holes in the white dough sheet with the help of a mold. Then place the purple dough sheet on top of the white dough sheet.


7. Tidy it up slightly, start to roll it up from the end without holes, tidy it up, and cut it evenly.




8. After all the steamed buns are ready, put them in the steamer, cover the lid and let them rise for 10 minutes, turn on the high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes, and then you can eat.
