Preparation:


1. First, peel and wash the yam and cut it into strips.


2. Crack the green and red peppers first, and then cut them into cubes. Cut the garlic into minced garlic and the shallots into green onion pieces.

3. Add water to the pot, put the yam in it after boiling, add a little salt, stir together, boil until broken, remove and drain.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add minced garlic, green onions, and tempeh in hot oil, add green and red peppers and stir-fry well after stir-frying, add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, add yam, stir-fry quickly and evenly, add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry until the ingredients are flavorful.


5. Turn off the heat and put the fried yam on a plate.
