9. Knead the awakened dough evenly, knead it into long strips, and divide it evenly into pieces.



10. Press and roll out each piece of small dough into a round cake that is thinner and larger than the dumpling skin.


11. Fold it around and fold it out.



12. Put in the filling, put it in the tiger's mouth, pinch it tightly in the middle, and press down on the upper part.




13. Put it in a steamer, boil the water and steam for 10 minutes.
