Ingredient Preparation:

120g maltose syrup, 450g rock sugar, 600g pear juice

A set of lollipop molds (according to the amount of formula, small lollipop molds can be made about 50g)

To get started:

1. Choose two large pears with a numb surface, the more hemp the sweeter the more water


2. Wash the pears and cut them into smaller pieces and put them in a food processor to juice.

Continue to simmer slowly over low heat, about half an hour, put in the thermometer, boil to about 140°C, and turn off the heat


6. After the water evaporates, the syrup begins to bubble and has to be replaced with a larger pot, so you can use a larger pot at the beginning


Take a drop of syrup and drop it into ice water, and it will solidify and harden immediately


7. Scoop the boiled syrup into the lollipop mold with a small spoon, and add the lollipop lollipop while the syrup is warm
