Process:

1. Prepare two pike crabs, clean them and cut them into large pieces for later use.





2. Cut the washed celery and coriander into segments.


3. Dip the sliced crab in a layer of egg wash.


4. Dip in another layer of starch.


5. Heat the oil in the pot, the oil temperature is 50% hot, put in the pike crab, fry in the pan, and fry until golden brown.



6. Pour in the rice cake and fry it for about 10 seconds.



7. Add a little oil to the pot, add green onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and then add an appropriate amount of bean paste and sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
