3. When the time is up, we make a pot, heat the pot first, then pour in salt, turn on medium-low heat, and stir-fry the salt first. After stir-frying until the salt is slightly hot, we pour the peanuts we have just marinated into the pot and start stir-frying. Because of the addition of liquor, the peanuts that have just been poured into the pot will be immediately coated with a layer of salt, and this is okay. After a while the water is dry, the salt will fall off automatically.


4. In this process, we have to keep stir-frying peanuts to prevent local heating and paste, which will affect the taste. Do not fry on high heat at this time, because it is very easy to fry peanuts on high heat. Keep stir-frying over medium-low heat, and the salt slowly begins to turn slightly yellow. Stir-fry over medium-low heat until you can hear a crackling sound in the pan, then we can reduce the heat to low. Continue to stir-fry until all the spices inside are dry, so as to better bring out the aroma of the spices.
