4. Take a piece of small flour, remember to cover the remaining small flour with plastic wrap, otherwise the flour agent will dry and harden, rub the Xinjiang small flour into long strips, and then sprinkle a little dry powder, and roll it out with a rolling pin into a dough sheet about 20 cm long and about two cm wide
