Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, 60 grams of pork, 3 chives, appropriate amount of cumin powder, appropriate amount of salt and pepper, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, a little fish sauce, 3 grams of caster sugar, half a spoon of oyster sauce
1. Mix the sauce first, pour 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 3 grams of caster sugar, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce and a little fish sauce into a bowl, stir well and set aside. If you don't have fish sauce, you can leave it out
2. Put a piece of tin foil on the baking sheet, if there is no tin foil, you can also use oil paper instead, and then we cut the tofu into slices about 0.6cm thick and place them in the baking tray. Tips, tofu must buy tender tofu, so that it is fragrant and delicious when baked, do not buy old tofu and come back to bake, otherwise the taste will be a little dry
3. To process the pork again, chop the pork into a meat puree, pour it into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and stir well. The effect of adding starch can make the final roasted minced meat tender and not woody
4. Then we wash the chives and cut them into chopped green onions
5. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat the oil temperature, put half of the chopped green onion into the pot first, and fry over medium heat to bring out the fragrance
6. Then pour in the minced pork, turn to high heat, poke it with a shovel while stir-frying, and stir-fry until the minced pork changes color.
7. After the minced pork is fried until it changes color, we add the seasoning sauce made before and stir-fry until the color is even. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili sauce or chili oil in this step and stir-fry well
8. Pour the fried minced pork and the soup on the surface of the tofu, and then sprinkle an appropriate amount of cumin powder and salt and pepper powder on the surface. At this point, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and preheat for 3 minutes
9. After the oven is preheated, send the baking tray to the middle layer of the oven, and bake it at 165 degrees for 12 minutes
10. After the tofu is baked, sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onions and enjoy. Tofu is still grilled like this, and it is made once a week, fragrant to the point of drooling, and a good partner for beer in summer
