In order to save time in the kitchen, I have just replaced my braised bibimbap with chicken bibimbap, which is a high-quality and low-fat chicken breast cut into cubes, which is rich in nutritional value and not easy to gain weight.
The ingredients required are as follows:
300 grams of chicken breast, 1 shallot, 3 spoons of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of starch, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, 1 egg, a little sesame seeds, a little pepper, a little salt, appropriate amount of sugar.
The cooking steps are as follows:
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, dice the shallots, cut the chicken breast into strips, and then dice again.
Step 2: Add a spoonful of diced chicken breasts to cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of black pepper.
Step 3: Grasp the chicken breasts well and marinate for more than 20 minutes.
Step 4: Then mix a bowl of juice, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of starch and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 5: Add an appropriate amount of water and stir all the juices evenly for later use.
Step 6: Heat the oil, add the diced shallots and stir-fry until fragrant, add the marinated chicken breast, and continue to stir-fry.
Step 7: Wait for the chicken breast to fry until it changes color and pour in the soup, burn it on high heat until the juice is reduced, put the rice into a large bowl, cover the diced chicken breast on the rice, mix and eat, it is really fragrant.
Tips:
(1) Put a fried egg on it, and it will be more nutritious!
(2) Today I used my husband's newly bought rubbing brand knives, and there are kitchen knives, machetes, fruit knives, Sande knives and kitchen scissors on the knife base, all of which are sharp and beautiful!
