3. Move the dough to the cutting board, first roll it into long strips, and then divide it into eight equal parts with a spatula, knead each equal part 20 to 30 times by hand, and then knead it round

7. After all is done, put it in the steamer, cover it and let it rise for ten minutes, at least half an hour in winter, and then turn on the fire, start the timing from the time after steaming, steam for 15 minutes, don't rush to open the lid after steaming, first stuff for two minutes, and then open it is not easy to deform and retract
