Lazy rice

Ingredients: rice, eggs, potatoes, pineapple, shiitake mushrooms, pork belly, rock sugar, green onions, ginger, garlic, rice wine, soy sauce, corn kernels, carrots

 First prepare a plate and pour water, put in the rice and wash it twice, then add an appropriate amount of water and soak for half an hour.

Clean the potatoes, first cut them into slices and then cut them into strips and wash them twice to remove the starch from the potatoes, otherwise, the potatoes will be sticky. Prepare a pineapple, peel and dice and soak in salted water.

Then cut some diced shiitake mushrooms, cut some diced meat, add oil to the pot, add rock sugar and fry until yellow, and then fry until red, when it becomes dark red, the sugar color is fried.

At this time, add the pork belly and stir-fry, be sure to fry the fat in the pork belly, and it will taste fat but not greasy. If you feel that there is too much oil, put it out, add green onions, ginger, garlic, and add ingredients to stir-fry until fragrant. At this time, add a little rice wine to remove the smell and fragrance, and add a spoonful of soy sauce to stir-fry.

Add diced shiitake mushrooms, diced potatoes, diced pineapple and corn kernels, and if you like to eat carrots, you can add them.

Add an appropriate amount of hot water to cover the ingredients, then add salt, chicken essence and pepper, and pour into the rice cooker after boiling.

Drain the soaked rice grains and spread them on top of the pork belly, then beat in five eggs and cover the rice cooker. Press the firewood rice button and start button, sit and wait for the braised pork to stew rice, even the rice and vegetables are ready, the eggs and meat are stirred evenly, and the family is not enough to eat.

Scoop the cooked rice into a bowl, take a plate and buckle it, and the food is ready.

Garlic powder baby dish

Ingredients: baby cabbage, vermicelli, salt, minced garlic, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chopped green onion, spicy millet, soy sauce

First of all, take a bowl and pour cold water into the vermicelli bubble, remember not to boil.

Clean the baby cabbage and cut into slices.

Mince the garlic, chop the green onion and spicy millet.

Bring water to a boil. Wait for the water to boil, add refined salt and cooking oil, put in the baby cabbage and blanch it for one minute, remove it, and pinch the water vigorously with your hands.

Wash the minced garlic with water

Heat the salad oil, add half of the minced garlic and stir-fry until the color of the minced garlic is slightly yellow, add the other half of the minced garlic, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and continue to fry.
