Pork buns are a delicious snack made from pork and flour as the main ingredients. The taste is moderately salty and sweet, and the method is simple, suitable for all ages.
Serve it as breakfast or dinner, with some side dishes and nutritious rice cereal, delicious and nutritious.
Here's how I made it:
Add 4 grams of yeast and 10 grams of sugar to 1,400 grams of flour, and add 180 ml of warm water in small amounts and several times to knead into a smooth dough with moderate hardness and softness. Cover and let rise.
(If the weather is cool, you can let it rise through warm water, and the water temperature can be controlled at about 35°C.) )
2. Wash the pork and grind it into a meat puree.
3. Prepare some dried dices and onion dices.
4. Prepare some chopped green onion and minced ginger.
5. Add oil to the pot, pour in chopped green onion and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in minced meat and stir-fry.
6. Add an appropriate amount of soybean paste, sweet noodle sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar, pour in the fragrant dried crushed and stir-fry evenly.
7. Put the fried minced meat into a large bowl, pour in the chopped onion and mix well.
8. The volume of the dough after waking up is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.
9. Rub and exhaust and divide evenly into pieces.
10. Roll out each piece of dough into a round cake with a thickness in the middle and a thin circumference, thicker than the dumpling skin.
11. Put in the filling and wrap up.
12. Put it in the steamer and let it rise again for 15 minutes.
13. Turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
