The dinner for a family of three is 1 meat and 2 vegetarians, and the steamed beef is soft and fragrant



The first course: steamed beef

Ingredients & Ingredients: Beef (shampoo), potatoes,

Rice noodles, Pixian bean paste, green onion and ginger water, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, mash water, tofu milk

Steps:

4. Spread the beef, boil the water in the steamer, and steam for 80 minutes.

Second course: Stir-fried dried tofu with leeks

Ingredients and ingredients: leeks, dried tofu, minced garlic, dried chilies

Steps:

1. Choose the leeks clean, wash them and drain them, and cut the leeks into about 4cm sections.

2. Dry tofu with a knife and slice.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, and stir-fry the dried chili peppers and minced garlic until fragrant.

4. First add the leek head and dried tofu, and fry the leek head raw.

5. Then add leek leaves, salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and stir-fry in the pot.

The third course: stir-fried green beans

Ingredients and ingredients: green beans, dried chilies, minced garlic

Steps:

1. Tear off the tendons on the green beans and break them into small pieces.

2. Add water to the pot, boil the green beans, add salt, cook the green beans and remove them.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, stir-fry the minced garlic and dried chili peppers until fragrant, and stir-fry the green beans evenly.
