Egg scones are simple to make, no puff pastry, no oil, no outflow, and I learned not to go out to buy anymore

Today I will share with you the family version of egg scones, which are simple to make, rich in filling, and even better than the ones sold.

【Egg scones】

Ingredients: 150 grams of flour, 80 grams of bean dregs, 2 eggs, appropriate amount of soy milk, 100 grams of zucchini, and a shallot

Key points: I added okara and soy milk to the dough, so that the dough is softer and more nutritious.

Make:

1. After the soy milk is beaten, strain out about 80 grams of okara and add it to 150 grams of flour (it is best to use hot okara so that the dough is softer).

According to the softness and hardness of the dough, add some hot soy milk and form a soft dough, and let it stand for half an hour.

2. Zucchini shredded, here is 100 grams; Add two eggs, chopped green onions, and a few drops of oil and mix well (salt should be put in before putting it in the pot).

3. Divide the dough into 6 portions, take one part and roll it out into a circle, which should be the same size as the pan of the pan.

4. Heat the pan over medium heat, do not put oil, and put down a piece of cake.

Then scoop a spoonful of zucchini and spread the egg mixture over the cake.

5. Cover another piece of cake and turn it back and forth several times to bake both sides.

Key points: Keep medium to low heat throughout the process.

Small Whispers:

1. The dough must be soft, you can consider semi-hot noodles, or hot bean dregs to warm soy milk and noodles, so that it will not taste as hard as the usual single cake.

2. The zucchini in the eggs can also be replaced with leeks, cucumbers, etc., adding vegetables to make the taste more fresh and soft. Or just eggs, of course, with different flavors.

3. This is a dry pancake, the whole process is medium-low, and the fire will be scorched and blackened when the fire is large. Don't be in a hurry! It's actually pretty fast, and a piece of egg scones is ready in just a few minutes.

4. You can spread sauce like the one sold outside, sandwich ham sausage or lettuce, everything is up to you to DIY!
