Ham steamed bun rolls, easy to make, make more on weekends and serve with milk and eggs, a delicious breakfast

Today, I used the ham sausage I made to make a delicious and good-looking ham sausage steamed bun roll, which adults and children love to eat.

Here's how I do it:

To 1,300 grams of flour, add 15 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast, add a small amount of 150 ml of warm water several times, stir into a dough without dry flour, and knead into a smooth dough. If it's cold, we can proofing it through warm water, which is relatively fast, and the water temperature can be controlled at about 35 degrees.

2. Make your own ham sausage cut in half, if you don't want to make it yourself, you can also buy ready-made.

3. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, and the inside is a honeycomb structure.

4. Take out the dough and knead it for a while to vent. Roll into long strips and divide evenly into pieces.

5. Knead each piece of dough evenly and roll it into long strips.

6. Put in the ham, press the head to one end of the ham, roll it up from one end, and press down again on the tail to roll it up.

7. After the steamed bun is ready, put it in the steamer, wake up with warm water for 15 minutes, and control the water temperature at about 35 degrees. After 15 minutes, turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

The delicious and nutritious ham sausage steamed bun roll is ready, and you can eat two without vegetables
