【Cabbage stewed frozen tofu】Ingredients required: half a Chinese cabbage, 1 piece of frozen tofu, 1 pound of pork belly, 1 handful of vermicelli, appropriate amount of oil and salt, 1 green onion, 3 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, more than a dozen peppercorns, 1 large ingredient, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of white pepper,

Steps:

1. Add water to the pot, add the pork belly under cold water, boil for 4-5 minutes, skim off the floating foam, add green onions, ginger slices, garlic, peppercorns, ingredients, cooking wine, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour.


2. When the time is up, take out the pork belly, cut it into slices, and remove the green onions, ginger, garlic and peppercorns in the stewed broth.


3. During the period, put the vermicelli in warm water to soak softly, and the frozen tofu can be thawed or not.


4. Peel off the cabbage leaves, wash them, drain the water, and cut the cabbage into strips.


5. Heat oil in a pot, add the cabbage strips and stir-fry, stir-fry the cabbage until slightly soft.


6. Pour in soy sauce, stir-fry the cabbage to color, then add the broth of the stew, add white pepper, and bring to a boil over high heat.


7. Add the frozen tofu, cut the pork belly slices, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.


8. Add the vermicelli, add salt to taste, continue to simmer until the vermicelli becomes transparent, turn off the heat, put it out, and a pot of nutritious cabbage stewed frozen tofu is ready.


Tips: The pork belly has been boiled twice, the fat has been boiled out, it is fragrant but not greasy, and the frozen tofu can be stewed after thawing, without thawing, it can be stewed directly in the pot. Salt to taste.
