Steps:

1. Prepare the required ingredients, peel and wash the potatoes.

2. Cut off the roots of the mushrooms and divide them into small florets.

3. Cut the potatoes in half, and then cut the potatoes into thin and uniform potato slices, not too thin, too thin and easy to break when fired.
