What is different from the past is that today's fried leek moss with minced meat I also added diced potatoes to fry it together, which tastes good and is more nutritious!

After the minced meat is fried, add the diced potatoes and stir-fry evenly, add a little water, first cover the diced potatoes in the soup of the diced meat and simmer for 3 minutes; Turn on the high heat again, add the chopped leek moss, quickly stir-fry, season, and remove from the pot; If you eat it with rice, you don't have to dry up the soup.

Preparation of minced meat leeks

【Ingredients Required】

Leeks, minced pork, potatoes, garlic, ginger, dried chilies, peppercorns

Salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil

1. Wash the leek moss and cut it into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

2. Put oil in the pot, add peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, remove and do not use.

Put the chopped minced meat in the peppercorn oil in the pot and fry until the color turns white; Add ginger, minced garlic and dried chili rings and stir-fry until fragrant; Then add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

3. Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry.

Add a little water, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes, until the diced potatoes are almost cooked.

4. Add the chopped leeks and stir-fry quickly, add a little salt, sugar, oyster sauce and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in a little sesame oil before cooking, stir evenly, and remove from the pan.

5. Don't collect the vegetable juice too dry, leave some vegetable juice, and pour it on the rice that has just come out of the pot to taste more fragrant!
