Stir-fried pork slices with oyster mushrooms
Crafting Materials:
200g of king oyster mushrooms, 200g of pork tenderloin, 50g of cucumber, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger.
Steps:
1 Prepare the ingredients.
2. Slice the tenderloin, add cooking wine, salt, a little water, cornstarch, grasp it well, and sizing thoroughly.
3. Pleurotus eryngii and cucumber cut into slices.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
The oyster mushroom itself is very fresh, so don't add MSG or chicken essence.
