A delicious way to make cornmeal, make it into a double-sided honey bean roll, which is healthy and nutritious, simple and delicious

Corn on the cob can be eaten directly when cooked, corn kernels are ground into small particles for cooking porridge, and corn flour can also be beaten. When I steam steamed steamed buns, I will add a little corn flour, which is more nutritious than white steamed buns, because the proportion of corn flour added is not much, so the finished product is still soft and sweet, as a breakfast dinner, and then with some side dishes and porridge, simple, delicious and nutritious.

Here's how I made it:

Blanch 1,100 grams of cornmeal with 100 ml of boiling water, and the blanched cornmeal has a more delicate taste. Beat in another egg, add 5 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast, mix well, add 200 grams of flour in small quantities many times, and knead into a smooth dough with moderate hardness and softness. Cover and place in a warm place to rise.

2. Add 5 grams of sugar and 3 grams of yeast to 300 grams of flour, stir well, add 150 ml of warm water in a small amount and many times, stir into a dough, and knead into a smooth dough with moderate softness and hardness. Cover and let rise in a warm place.

3. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.

4. First put the white dough, knead and exhaust, and roll out the large rectangular dough sheet. Set aside.

5. Roll out the yellow dough into a large rectangular sheet. In half of the yellow dough sheet put a layer of honey red beans.

6. Stack it up and tidy it up.

7. Roll out a large rectangular dough sheet.

8. Smear a layer of water on the yellow dough sheet and spread the white dough sheet. Roll it up from one end.

9. Sort it out a little and divide it evenly.

10. Put it in the pot and let it rise again for 15 minutes. Turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Fluffy and soft, coarse grains are finely made, delicious and nutritious.

With some side dishes and porridge, it tastes so fragrant, simple and nutritious.
