【Stir-fried beef with lettuce】

Ingredients: beef, lettuce

Ingredients: ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, cornstarch, salt, oil


Steps:

Step 1: Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, a little salt, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.


Step 2: Peel and slice the lettuce diagonally (depending on personal preference or hob pieces, or strips, shreds), mince the garlic and set aside.


Step 3: Put oil in the pan over high heat, pour in the marinated beef when the oil temperature is slightly high, stir-fry quickly, wait for the beef to change color slightly, and quickly put it on the plate.


Step 4: Put an appropriate amount of oil in a hot pan, and when it is heated to 7, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.


Step 5: Add the lettuce, add salt and water to boil, stir-fry slightly to let the lettuce absorb the flavor.


Step 6: Then pour in the stir-fried beef and stir-fry.


Step 7: Finally, add oyster sauce and a pinch of salt to taste, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
