The fairy crystal dumplings are beautiful and delicious, delicious and chewy, and children like to eat them

Crystal dumplings are a traditional specialty noodle dish that is steamed, salty, savory, rich and delicious.

Today I use the juice of red cabbage to mix noodles to make a nutritious and delicious crystal dumpling.

How it works:

1. Take an appropriate amount of purple cabbage, clean it, add a small amount of water to the pot, and boil the color of the purple cabbage.

(If you add more water, the color will be relatively lighter)

2. Put 60 grams of wheat starch and 30 grams of corn starch in a bowl, pour in purple boiled water until there is no dry flour, and knead into a dough.

3. Add an appropriate amount of chopped lotus root, chopped green onion and minced ginger to the ground meat, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice or cooking wine, and then beat an egg, stir well and set aside.

(You can also mix it with your favorite filling)

4. Roll into long strips, evenly divide into pieces, roll them out into dumpling wrappers, put in the filling, pinch them into a five-pointed star, and then use your thumb and index finger to push out the lace.

5. After all the dumplings are ready, put them in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

The fairy crystal dumplings are here, beautiful and delicious, my children like to eat them, and friends who like them can try it.
