One dish, one soup, one staple food, the dish is scrambled eggs with tomatoes, the soup is scrambled eggs with tomatoes, don't finish it, leave some soup with tomatoes and scrambled eggs, and then add one more step, add some water to the pot, put some ingredients and cook it into tomato meat slice soup, the staple food is yesterday's pie crust. This is my one dish, one soup and one staple dish, which takes a total of 15 minutes to make. Let's share my production process below.

1. Prepare the ingredients

Ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, pork tenderloin;

Excipients: ginger, garlic, chives, peppers, cabbage seedlings.

Seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, sugar, pepper, sesame oil.

Second, start production

1. Clean the tenderloin, control the moisture and cut it into thin slices, then gently pat it with the back of a knife, pat the meat loose, put some rice wine, egg whites and starch and stir evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of edible sealing oil to prevent sticking, and marinate for a few minutes.

2. Clean all the vegetables, peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, cut the cabbage seedlings into sections, mince the ginger, garlic and chives, cut the small peppers with an oblique knife, beat the eggs, and cut the cakes into shreds for later use.

3. Pour oil into a pot and heat it over high heat, add the egg liquid to quickly set and stir-fry to mature, and put it in a bowl for later use.

4. No need to wash the pot, heat the bottom oil left in the pot when scrambling eggs, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, sugar, pepper to taste.

5. Pour the scrambled eggs into the tomatoes, continue to stir-fry for a while, and then add the minced chives and small peppers when they come out of the pot.

6. Fry the tomatoes and eggs, put 2/3 into the plate, pour water into the remaining 1/3 pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn off the low heat, and put the marinated meat slices into the pot one by one.

7. After the meat slices are finished, turn on medium heat, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper to taste, then add some chopped cabbage leaves and chives and stir well, and pour sesame oil out of the pot.

In this way, the delicious fast dish is ready, one dish, one soup, it takes about 15 minutes, and the soup is paired with a little pie crust, which is a beautiful lunch. I sent a circle of friends for the cooked meal, but I didn't expect it to be popular, everyone praised me for saving time and effort, and I didn't need to wash the pot in the middle, and I ate two dishes.
