Steamed cake with oranges
Wash 1 orange, take the middle part and cut it into thin slices, spread it on the bottom of the bowl, remove the peel and juice the rest of the fruit, or you can squeeze out the juice directly with water.
Eggs, white sugar, pour into a container, and beat at high speed with a single machine until the eggs are fluffy and white, and the volume becomes larger.
Squeeze in 50g of orange juice and corn oil and stir well.
Sift in the cake flour and continue to stir it in the same way until it becomes a homogeneous, particle-free batter without drawing in circular motions to avoid foaming.
Pour the stirred batter into a bowl (spread the orange slices), cover with a lid or plastic wrap, steam for 25 minutes after the water boils, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the pan and place it upside down on the plate, and the steamed cake is done
