On a hot day, make a large plate of dry pot duck wings, which are very fragrant with rice and wine, and are delicious and flavorful without frying

Duck wings are the wings of ducks, containing protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, etc., specifically enhancing appetite, diluting water and reducing swelling, clearing heat and cooling blood.

The weather is getting hotter and hotter, and I like to make dry pots for my family more and more, a simple large plate, rich in collocation, the more you eat, the more fragrant it is, and it is more fragrant to eat with them with beer in summer!

Here's how I made it:

1. Clean the duck wings you bought.

2. Put it in a pot, add water, ginger slices, and green onion segments and blanch for five minutes, skimming off the foam on the surface.

3. Add Sichuan pepper, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, lemon, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Prepare some side dishes that you like, today I paired them with some potatoes, cucumbers, onions, and green peppers.

5. Cut some green onions, ginger and garlic.

6. After 30 minutes, the duck wings are marinated and taken out.

7. Blanch the potatoes in water until they are medium-rare, and fry them faster later.

8. Put the drained potatoes into a frying pan and fry them over low heat until browned on both sides, so that they will taste more fragrant.

9. Add half a spoon of flour and half a spoon of starch to the duck wings, grasp and mix evenly, and try to coat each duck wing with a layer of flour.

10. Brush the oil in a frying pan, put the duck wings, fry over low heat, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

11. Add oil to the pot, pour in the green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add the side dishes, and stir-fry evenly.

12. Stir-fry and pour in potato strips, just add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, dark soy sauce, sugar, and soybean paste. Stir-fry to taste.

13. Pour in the duck wings, add a spoonful of cumin powder, stir-fry evenly, then add a handful of sesame seeds and chopped green onions, stir-fry evenly and you can get out of the pot.

Summer is getting hotter and hotter, and it is more and more suitable for eating dry pot duck wings, and a glass of beer will taste even more delicious.

It's easy to do, so try it if you like it!
