Make:
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes; Dice the onion and pat the garlic into small pieces; Cut the green pepper into small pieces.
2. Add minced green onion and ginger, soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, sugar and rice wine to the beef puree and mix well.
3. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the flavored beef puree in the pan until it is broken, dial it to the side, add the green pepper, stir-fry and set aside.
4. In another oil pan, first fry the onion and garlic cloves until fragrant, and then add the tomato cubes.
5. Saute until the tomatoes are tender, add pizza grass, basil, black pepper, salt and sugar to taste; Once evenly stir-fried, stir-fry to the side, add 50g of tomato paste and sauté a few times in the middle of the pan.
Tomato paste, not tomato sauce, it is concentrated tomatoes, dehydrated.
6. Pour in the canned tomatoes and fry them a few times in the middle of the pan. Canned tomatoes, that is, tomatoes, are made from ripe tomatoes.
Therefore, the addition of these two tomatoes (tomato paste and canned tomatoes) makes the tomato sauce richer and more mellow, and the color is more ruddy, which is not achieved by fresh tomatoes alone.
7. Then stir-fry all together, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Finally, pour in the beef fried in the previous process "3", stir-fry all together (taste the taste, add salt and other seasonings according to the actual situation), cover the pot and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, until the soup is rich.
This tomato beef sauce can be said to be an all-purpose sauce, in addition to mixing noodles, rice, and buns, you can also mix pasta, because it is seasoned with pizza grass, basil and black pepper, which is the most indispensable condiment in the classic pasta red sauce.
