Use the sweet potato flour given by relatives to make a home-cooked dish that satisfies your hunger after eating, which is delicious and chewy, and the more you eat, the more fragrant it is

Today, I used sweet potato flour to cook a meal for my family.

Elastic enough, chewy, the more you eat, the more fragrant it is, and my family loves to eat it.

Here's how I made it:

1. Add water to the sweet potato flour, the ratio of sweet potato flour and water is 1:1, stir well until the sweet potato flour melts, add an appropriate amount of thirteen spices and salt, and then beat an egg and stir well.

2. Add oil to the pot, pour in the sweet potato batter, turn on low heat, stir constantly, stir until viscous, cover and fry over low heat.

3. Fry until one side is golden brown and set, then turn over and fry.

4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

5. Let cool slightly and cut into cubes.

6. Simmer the pork belly in advance and cut it into thin slices.

7. Prepare some shiitake mushrooms, if you don't have them, you can not add them.

8. Prepare some garlic sprouts, separate the roots and leaves.

9. Add oil to the pot, pour in the pork belly and stir-fry, fry until browned, pour in the garlic sprouts and minced garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.

10. Stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms evenly. Friends who like spicy food can add some millet spicy.

11. Pour in the sweet potato cubes and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, soybean paste, and stir-fry to taste.

12. Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.

Sweet potato flour does this, it is delicious and goes well with rice, friends who like it can try it!
