4. Use a rolling pin to roll out the round cake wrapped with bean paste filling into a 0.5 cm thick round cake, so that the bean paste filling inside can be evenly spread, and the bean paste and noodles are mixed together, and the size of the cake I make is as big as the mouth of the plate at home.

5. After the electric baking pan is preheated, brush some oil, if there is no electric baking pan at home, it is also possible to use a frying pan, but it is necessary to use medium and low heat to burn to, the fire is easy to paste, put in the cake blank after the oil is hot, and use medium heat to brand it, the cake surface will bulge after a while, and then turn over the other side to continue to burn, turn it several times in the middle, and burn until both sides are golden brown, and the cake will be cooked after the cannon is puffed up on both sides.

6.
